On October 14, 2019, HPPEMC has reached another milestone. As part of its expansion program, HPPEMC has opened up its doors to other IT/BPO companies in the Philippines. The objective is to allow employees outside of DXC and HP to join HPPEMC as Associate Members and share the benefits of being part of the Cooperative. HPPEMC is especially offering itself to small IT/BPO companies that don’t have enough number of employees to put up a cooperative. Other larger IT/BPO companies who may lack the time or capability to start a cooperative of their own, are also welcome.
ITSM Corporation became the first IT/BPO company to join HPPEMC. With offices in the Netherlands and Australia, ITSM Philippines has about 60 employees and is in the business of providing various IT services to its clients here and abroad. “We are thankful to the management of HPPEMC for welcoming us into your cooperative family. Being part of HPPEMC will be a big help for my employees particularly the affordable HMO for family members and the HPP Life Plan, not to mention the many credit facilities that you have,” ITSM Philippines Chairman, Ernesto Cruz Jr., said.
