Pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations recently released for Section 4(aa) of the Republic Act 11469, otherwise known as the "Bayanihan to Heal As One Act", the HPPEMC board has approved the granting of a 30-day grace period for payment of loans falling due on the April 2020 payroll run.
The 30-day grace period is optional and does not preclude those who wish to pay their obligations for April 2020.
Those wanting to avail of the 30-day grace period may click HERE to read the policy and availment procedures. Kindly note that, consistent with BSP and CDA guidelines, additional interest will accrue during the 30-day grace period.
To allow for the prompt processing of requests, members much inform the coop office on or before April 17, 2020 if they would like to avail of the 30-day grace period.
