Those who have stayed at our Serin Vacation Home must have experienced the hassle and expensive cost of overnight parking. Thus, based on members' feedback and having your convenience and security in mind, we've decided to invest in a parking slot at the basement. No need to look, and pay for, outside parking during your stay.
Our parking slot is LRB-LG111. Our caretaker will assist you when you get there but do remember our slot number to facilitate your entry.
Please note that we only have one parking slot at Serin. If your group has two cars, the other car will have to use the overnight pay parking facility at Serin Mall (P350/night).
Should you experience difficulty, particularly as some of the guards may still not be aware of our slot assignment, please ask our caretaker for assistance.
Important Reminders:
- Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed. Please make sure to bring your Vaccination Cards.
- Children are allowed. Just show Vaccination Cards.
- Internet connection, Netflix, and minibar are now available.
- Serin amenities are open (e.g. swimming pools). Just coordinate with the admin office. Advance reservation is encouraged as limited guests are allowed as part of Covid-19 protocol. You may ask our caretaker for assistance should you plan to use the pool.
- Tagaytay shops, restaurants, and tourist spots are open. Just make sure you bring your vaccination cards.
- We've opened reservations until 2022 so you can already block your favorite dates (assuming no more lockdowns).
- Take care and remember to follow safety protocols.
