My name is Raquel Dimalanta, 23 yrs. Old. Diagnosed with CKD5 or Chronic kidney disease stage 5. I have to undergo dialysis 3x a week in order to get better. My family and I can no longer afford my medication and dialysis treatment. Here i am, taking this chance to seek help financially. I understand that this is a very hard time for everyone.
