Our Chairperson, Prima Mae Espadon, and Director, Gerald De Guzman, have left the Company and although will remain as Associate Members, our Bylaws prohibit them from continuing as members of the Board. Thus, as provided for in the Bylaws, the remaining Directors have appointed Sherry Rodulfo and Peter Erispe as replacements of PM and Gege, respectively. Sherry will serve for the unexpired term of PM which is until the next HPPEMC Election (scheduled within 2022) while Peter will serve for the unexpired term of Gege which is until 2023 (or until their successors have been named).
As well, the Board has elected Annie Rose Samson and Adonis Dionisio as the new Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively.
