To support the government's National Vaccination Program, the HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative is offering vaccinated members* a special loan of up to P20,000.00 payable in 12 months, no co-makers required, and with a very low interest rate of just 0.55% per month! 

Experts agree that the fastest way out of this pandemic is to get as many people vaccinated as possible. Particularly with the more infectious Delta variant that is rapidly spreading across the country and around the world, members' health and safety is our utmost concern. So let's all do our part and let's go "Vacc2Normal"!

Application is online and hassle-free. Just go to the Member's Area of the website (login required) and select Vacc2Normal Loan Application, choose your loan amount and submit. That's it! Please note that presentation of COVID-19 Vaccination Card is required to avail.

Mechanics

1. Only Regular and Associate Members with MBF contributions are qualified to join the raffle.
2. Electronic raffle will be held on Aug 27, 2021 in the presence of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
3. Number of tickets per member will be dependent on their MBF contributions from Sep 2020 to Aug 2021. Thus, maximum number of tickets per member is 12.
4. Associate Members who wish to join the raffle may still do so by informing the coop office at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to activate their MBF deduction and completing the P50/month MBF contribution from Sep 2020 to Aug 2021. Deadline to complete MBF contributions to be included in the 7th Anniversary Raffle is EOD Aug 26, 2021.
5. A member may only win once.
6. Ticket numbers will randomly be generated and assigned per member.
7. A winner must be a Member in Good Standing (MIGS) to be able to receive the prize in his/her Coop Savings Account. For non-MIGS (with past-due) winners, their prize will be deposited to their Share Capital.
8. Winners will be informed via email and will be announced in the HPPCOOP website.
9. The decision of the Board is final.

To further make it easier for members particularly in this time of pandemic, the payment term for Share Capital Loan has been increased to up to 5 years. Application is still online and hassle-free via the HPP.COOP website under the Member's Area (login required) with a maximum loanable amount of P500,000.00. 

NOTES:

1. No co-maker requirement.
2. Share Capital Loan ceiling is based on member's total share capital contribution less any outstanding loans.
3. Only members in good standing can avail themselves of Share Capital Loan.
4. Loan proceeds will be transferred to the member's bank account on record.
5. Must be compliant with all the other provisions of the Credit Policy.
