HPPCOOP Launches Ticketing System

Due to its increasing membership base coupled with limited resources, HPPCOOP has been having difficulty keeping up and tracking member issues, concerns, queries, loan applications, and others. To combat this, HPPCOOP has launched it's own HPP Ticketing System aimed at helping the cooperative better handle member issues and improve response time.

In addition, Loan Applications (except Online Loans) will also be processed through the HPP Ticketing System. A special category called "Apply For Loan" will be used specifically for this purpose.

As this is exclusive to members, login is required to be able to submit a ticket. The system also allows members to easily view the status of all their tickets.

As they say, "you cannot manage what you cannot measure". Thus, the HPP Ticketing System is expected to help the coop leadership better manage its limited resources while being able to address members' increasing requirements.

The system is under pilot testing and with the help of the membership, it is expected that the system will be improved over time.

 

HPPCOOP Launches Second Vacation Home

We are excited to announce the launching of our second HPP Vacation Home - the HPP Serin East! As you know, with the increase in our membership base, it has really become a challenge to find available slots on our first HPP Vacation Home. Thus, with the launching of our new HPP Serin East unit, we hope that more members will be able to benefit from our Vacation Home facility. The objective is really to give you a chance to have a quick getaway given that Tagaytay is just a couple of hours away from Manila.

The location is also perfect. Serin East Tagaytay is just beside Serin West and therefore offers you the same convenience of being just a stone's throw away from various points of interest in Tagaytay like malls, churches, restaurants, theme parks, etc.

HPP Serin East unit features:

  • Studio unit
  • Can accommdate a maximum of 4 guests only
  • HPP Member Exclusive Rate: P1,200/night for 2 pax whether weekday, weekend, or holiday. A P100.00 one-time charge per extra person to cover for linens, towels, utitilies, etc.
  • P600.00 cleaning fee per booking (one-time)
  • Free parking for 1 car

HPPEMC Buys Baguio Property

The HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative has bought a property in Baguio for the exclusive use of its members and their family. Located inside Bermuda Hills Sudivision, the property is just 10 minutes away from Burnham Park. The house is still under construction and is targetted to be launched by January 2023. When completed, the HPP Vacation House Baguio will have 3 units available for members. Unit 1 will be the main 2-storey house with 3 bedrooms, Unit 2 will be in  the first basement with 3 bedrooms, Unit 3 will be in the second basement with 1 bedroom.

HPPCOOP Increases Birthday Loan Amount

Birthday Loan is one of the most popular loans that members use. As such, the Board of Directors has approved the increase in the maximum loanable amount for Birthday Loans as detailed below:

To avail, members just need to apply online via the website under Members Area --> Online Loan Applications. Also, Birthday Loan applications are accepted from 4 weeks before up to 4 weeks after one's birthday. Terms and conditions apply.

For now, the increased in Birthday Loan amount is only available in the website. The HPP Mobile App will be updated later to reflect the changes.
