Our Holiday Shutdown this year is scheduled for December 24, 2022 to January 2, 2023. As the Coop Office will be closed during this time, last day for submission of loan applications for the year is Friday, December 16, 2022.

In a meeting held on October 26 2022, the new set of Board of Directors, elected Annie Rose Samson and Adonis Dionisio to continue as Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively. They will serve for a term of one year or until their replacements have been named.

As part of its Gender and Development initiative as well as its desire to help women members recover and sdjust emotionally and financially after giving birth, the HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative has launched its Maternity Benefit Policy.
Simply put, the policy will provide new mothers with the option to have a 3-month relief from loan payments without additional interest and/or penalties.
Application is easy. Eligible members just need to login to the website, submit a ticket under "Maternity Benefit" category, and attach proof of delivery (e.g. hospital receipt, billing, etc.). The coop office will then send a new loan form to formalize the process. That's it!

Due to its increasing membership base coupled with limited resources, HPPCOOP has been having difficulty keeping up and tracking member issues, concerns, queries, loan applications, and others. To combat this, HPPCOOP has launched it's own HPP Ticketing System aimed at helping the cooperative better handle member issues and improve response time.
In addition, Loan Applications (except Online Loans) will also be processed through the HPP Ticketing System. A special category called "Apply For Loan" will be used specifically for this purpose.
As this is exclusive to members, login is required to be able to submit a ticket. The system also allows members to easily view the status of all their tickets.
As they say, "you cannot manage what you cannot measure". Thus, the HPP Ticketing System is expected to help the coop leadership better manage its limited resources while being able to address members' increasing requirements.
The system is under pilot testing and with the help of the membership, it is expected that the system will be improved over time.
